If you were searching for one of those Mega-Realty companies, boy are you at the wrong site!  I'm Barbara Martin, and I own this tiny little real estate company.  You are not one of a jillion customers--your business is important to me.  You can expect personal attention, candor, and dogged determination to get the results you desire....just don't expect me to skip a meal, because then I get really crabby.

Just so you know you're in the hands of a "seasoned pro", I've been in the real estate business since 1989, first as a sales agent, then in 1992 I acquired an Alabama appraisal license.  Real estate is my livelihood, not a hobby.  I sell real estate, appraise real estate and teach real estate to consumers and licensees alike!  I hold the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations offered by the National Association of Realtors.
